A listed building built in 1868, Lurgan Town Hall is easily identified by its traditional stonework, red railings and gates at the front entrance. It is situated just off the main high street.

The Town Hall has facilities for hire to meet the needs of a range of groups in the community, especially performances such as concerts, musicals, dance and drama. It is also popular for private functions and exhibition space.

The Auditorium can seat audiences up to 250, including Balcony of 50, or 120 at tables.
The Minor Hall can seat 120 at tables or in rows. It is suitable for exercise classes, dinners, parties, exhibitions, meetings and craft groups.
A number of smaller rooms are available for meetings, crafts groups etc accomodating between 2 and 50 people

A dedicated Visitor Information Point is located in the Entrance Foyer of the Town Hall. The Citizen’s Advice Bureau occupies the Annex on the left of the building, accessed through a separate doorway on Union Street.

The building contains a bust of AE Russell and some old paintings of Lord Brownlow and Master McGra.

The Town Hall is an accessible building, the front entrance steps are accompanied by an external platform lift, an internal lift services most rooms and there are accessible toilets on 2 floors. At the back of the building there are 2 disabled parking bays, with level access to the building.
4 other parking bays can be located at the rear entrance along with a spacious pick-up and loading bay, these can be accessed off Union Street. Additional parking is available in a public car park off Millennium Way, this is approximately 50m from the venue.
